DEPOSIT: All suits have a 30% non-refundable deposit. No exceptions.

PAYMENT PLANS: We are now accepting payment plans for commissions. Commissioners will be asked to make the full 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. From that point, making either bi-weekly or monthly payments, we ask that at least $200 per month be put towards the commission. Once it is fully paid, you'll be added to the queue! You must be 18+ to use a payment plan, and you will be asked to sign a formal contract restating these terms at the time of purchase.

The only payment plans we offer for Premade Suits are through 3rd parties, such as PayPal's Pay Later program. These formal plans are also available for commissioners using PayPal as a payment method.

NONPAYMENT: If you miss a payment and I am unable to contact you through the provided means for more than 14 days, your commission will be cancelled. If you have paid more than your deposit, I will make my best attempts to refund this money. If your commission is cancelled for nonpayment you will be blacklisted.

Payments may be made through PayPal (preferred), Cashapp, Venmo, and for small commissions, Etsy custom orders.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel before a suit has started work, you will receive all but the 30% non-refundable deposit. If a suit has started work, you have two options: A) Recieve the unfinished suit and a refund for what hasn't been worked on, or B) Receive a full refund AFTER the suit has been finished and sold to another buyer.. Depending on how far along a suit is, I may not be able to make substantial design changes before sale.

Items purchased through my Etsy store will follow ETSY's TOS, as their rules differ.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Buyers and Commissioners must be at least 16 years old. Minors must have their parents' written consent to make a purchase and cannot pay with a payment plan as they are not legally eligible to enter into a contract.

MY RIGHTS: I reserve the right to refuse, decline, cancel, and refund services at any time for any reason-- however, the reasons for this would typically include: hate speech, harassment, pedo/zoophillia, and other abusive/toxic conduct, whether with me directly or another member of our community.

SHIPPING: Unless stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for all shipping, import, tariff, VAT, or other fees associated with the transport and delivery of your finished item. Please research your countries requirements for importing from the US before purchasing.

DTDS: If a Duct Tape Dummy is required for your commission, you are responsible for all of the costs of creating, packaging, and sending that DTD to my workshop. DTDs can be returned upon request, but otherwise will be destroyed.

ALLERGIES: We are smoke-free and dog-free. We have two cats that have free access to my entire home, including my workshop, and one of them is extremely adamant about lying on all of my new materials. If you have a severe cat allergy, you may not want to order from me.

DEADLINES: I generally cannot guarantee that a project will be done by a certain deadline, especially if it is close to or before my typical turnaround for an item. In certain circumstances, I may be able to rush your order, but this will come with an additional fee.

REPAIRS AND WARRANTY: All commissions have a 30-day warranty. If an item arrives damaged, needs to be resized, or is damaged within the first thirty days, I will repair it for free. After those thirty days repairs will be done for a fee based on severity, materials, and labor time.

RESPONSIBILITY: I am not responsible for the actions of my clients, in or out of their suit.

NSFW: While I do not care what happens between consenting adults, I do not personally engage with NSFW within the fandom. For this reason, I do not offer any NSFW services with my suits-- no SPH's, no softsuiting, no overly exaggerated proportions. I also ask that you refrain from providing NSFW reference sheets/artwork.
